By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Wallexo mobile application or administration console, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not download, install, or use the application.
Wallexo is a wallpaper search, curation, curation administration, and customization utility. It is provided "as is" and "as available" for your private, personal, and non-commercial use. You are solely responsible for compliance with local display settings and resource usage parameters on your device.
All wallpapers available in the app are sourced from publicly available APIs, open platforms, or submitted by content administrators. The app does not own the copyrights to these images unless explicitly stated. The app acts solely as a viewer, designer tool, and organizer for publicly accessible content.
The basic free tier of Wallexo allows you to crop and save up to 5 background designs daily. To remove all limits, enable high-resolution 4K asset downloads, and access exclusive abstract design packs, you must upgrade to a premium subscription. All billing, subscription status checks, and cancellations are handled securely by Google Play Billing and are subject to their Billing Terms of Service.

We reserve the absolute right to remove any uploaded content, category, or wallpaper at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
Because the customizer tool handles real-time rendering, blur effects, and SVG exports locally on your device, rendering latency and export speeds depend on your mobile device's GPU and system resources. We do not assume liability for display lag, rendering anomalies, or canvas resolution limitations on older device models.
All abstract gradients, templates, and designs offered within Wallexo are copyrighted works. They are licensed to you strictly for personal device personalization. You may not distribute, lease, sell, resell, publish, or use the designs for any commercial purposes or product packaging without prior written consent from Connect U.
The app design, code, layouts, branding, and features are the intellectual property of Connect U. You may not copy, modify, extract, or redistribute the source code of the app without permission.
The application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with all device skins, or that local wallpaper application commands will succeed on all custom Android builds.
In no event shall the developer, Piyush Shende, or Connect U be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including display errors, database settings loss, or device heat issues) arising out of your access, use, or inability to use the application.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app, including administrative controls or portals, at any time, without notice, if we believe you are in violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the application after modifications indicates your complete acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and your relationship with Wallexo shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
